30 Day Guarantee
We stand behind our 100% accuracy guarantee on your lenses or we will remake them at no cost to you. All eyeglasses are put through our rigorous verification process to assure your eyeglasses are made exactly as you ordered them, however we are human and in the event a mistake is made, we’ll work to make them right at no charge to you.

Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange of prescription or sunglass frames within 30 days of the shipping date at no charge to you. Products that are returned and not exchanged are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the shipping and handling costs back to the manufacturer.

Prescription lenses are custom made for your eyes only and therefore cannot be refunded unless it’s found to be an error in making your prescription. If new lenses need to be created in the case of a frame exchange, we will remake the new lenses at 50% off.

Returns
In the case of returns or exchanges, please obtain an RMA. Any returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA written on the outside of the box.

To obtain an RMA and return instructions please email us with the reason for return/exchange at: returns@eyeglassoutfitters.com. We'll promptly respond with the instructions on where to return.

Prescription Frame Warranty
All current designer frames are warranted for 1 year from the shipping date against manufacturer defects. Excessive wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Anti-Reflective Warranty
Depending on which Anti-Reflective coating you’ve chosen at the time of purchase they’re warranted for a period of 1 or 2 years. Within that warranty period, the manufacturer will strip and recoat the anti-reflective coating back on your lens.
